Terms of service

Wecap terms of service — the contract, in plain English.

The Wecap terms of service set the contract between you and the operator. The desk publishes a plain-English summary here. The full legal text is inside the app under Settings → About → Terms.

Eligibility

18+, Indian resident in a permitted state, KYC-verified. One account per PAN. Self-excluded accounts cannot re-enter during the exclusion period.

Use of the platform

Personal, non-commercial use only. No bots, no multi-accounting, no contest manipulation, no collusion with other players. The operator monitors for anomalous behaviour.

Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits are non-refundable once credited to the in-app wallet. Withdrawals follow KYC re-verification on the first request. Withdrawal caps apply.

Contest rules

Captain and vice-captain lock at the toss. Playing-eleven swaps allowed until the first ball. Scoring follows the published table. Disputes route through customer care.

Account closure

Account closure is reversible within thirty days. After thirty days, the account is purged. Tax and regulatory records are retained for seven years.

Limitation of liability

The operator's liability is limited to the deposit balance. The operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost contest entries due to network failures.

Dispute resolution

Grievance redressal inside the app first. If unresolved, arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996. Jurisdiction: India.

Changes to terms

The operator may update the terms with thirty days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance. Material changes are flagged in-app.

Editor notes on the contract

What the desk watches.

Customer care →

Read before you deposit

The deposit-acceptance clause is the most consequential line. By depositing, you accept the terms as written. Read the full text inside the app before you commit funds.

Withdrawal cap is in the terms

The withdrawal cap is published in the terms. The desk does not publish the cap because it changes. Verify inside the app under Wallet → Withdrawal before you commit a large deposit.

Bonus terms ride along

Welcome bonuses have separate terms. The desk flags the headline, rollover, and validity. Read the bonus terms inside the app before you opt in.

Dispute path is in-app first

Most disputes settle inside the app under Settings → Customer care. Arbitration is the backstop. The desk has no role in disputes; document your case in-app.

One PAN, one account

Multiple accounts on the same PAN trigger immediate review and balance consolidation. The operator may close the second account without notice.

Changes are flagged

Material changes to the terms are flagged in-app with thirty days' notice. The desk reads the change log inside the app on the operator's behalf and surfaces any material change.

FAQ — Terms of service
